Because business and real estate matters often involve other legal disciplines such as tax, employee benefits, bankruptcy, environmental, intellectual property, labor and employment, litigation, accounting and financial planning, we work closely with other attorneys and professionals to supplement our knowledge or to obtain regional or local perspective. Experience
Jack A. Donenfeld has been practicing law for over 34 years. Many of the firm's clients started out as newly formed, small organizations, and we helped them grow into well-established, major businesses and ventures -- many of which we still work with today. From routine transactions like regulatory filings to complex matters like financings and mergers, our depth of legal and business experience allows us to devise creative, legally-sound strategies.
