We enjoy working with entrepreneurs and start-up companies. To show it, we’re looking for 100 new businesses that we can help launch by forming companies for them without charge. We’ll even pay up to $200 of the state filing fees for you.

Are you an entrepreneur forming a new business for the first time? If so, then we have an incredible offer for you. We're forming new corporations and limited liability companies without charge for 100 people starting new ventures. We’ll even pay up to $200 of your state filing fees.*
We started the Free Company Formation for Entrepreneurs™ Program because we're excited by the entrepreneurial spirit, and we want to help get some new businesses off the ground. We enjoy what we do, and we have experience working with new ventures and dealing with their particular issues and challenges.
To qualify for the program, we expect you have:
- An organized plan for the business. This will show us that you've progressed beyond the idea stage and that you're serious about what you're doing. The business plan must include bios for everyone involved, a budget and pro forma financial projections based on reasonable assumptions that should be set forth in detail;
- Sufficient personal and seed money to get started. We're not expecting you to be “fully funded”, but you should have enough funds to get started and to pay some initial bills;
- A commitment to acting like a real business. This means that you must promise to hire an accountant, pay taxes and maintain your company properly; and
- Enthusiasm and passion for what you're doing! This is the most important factor of all. We think that it can make the difference between success and failure. And it's a big part of our motivation for setting up the Program. We're drawn to the energy and fun that enthusiastic people bring to their ideas, products and projects, and we want to help them succeed.
Naturally, we hope that you'll use us for other legal work that you may need after your company is organized, but you're absolutely not obligated or committed to hire us. What we want in return is for you to share your story with people who visit our web site, allowing us to use your photograph, along with any information about your new venture that you'd like to share. And we’d like you to keep us up-to-date on your progress, including both your challenges and successes.

*The Fine Print: We typically accept 2-3 people into the Free Company Formation for Entrepreneurs™ Program each month, but, in order to ensure that we have time to give our other clients the attention they deserve, we reserve the right to accept fewer people to the Program and/or to reject anyone for any reason or no reason and/or to discontinue the Program without notice for our own reasons at any time.
